1. Click Scriptio logo on the home view. 2. Hold your Scriptio id to the back of your phone. 3. You will be authenticated and presented with your information.

Can I buy more devices to share with my caregivers? Yes, authenticated patients can navigate to the Manage tab and select the items you wish to purchase. They will be configured to your account and shipped to the address we have on file for you.

Your account and its data is restricted to authorized Scriptio users. If you allow your family access to your data, they see it real time. If your health provider has Scriptio, they can help you manage your data.

If you have to cancel your subscription, all medical and personal information is permanently deleted from our servers. Your financial accounts are also deleted from our credit care processing partner. Once you do this, we can never retrieve that data.

Scriptio keeps none of your financial data on our systems. Credit card information and billing is handled by the industry leading

My Scriptio app is not working like it used to. If you notice that Scriptio is not scanning your fob, or being generally unresponsive, please close it completely and reopen it. Mobile apps sometimes get stuck and need to be restarted - especially if you have many apps open at the same time

We love to hear feedback from our customers, its how we make this a better experience for you. You can submit feedback from the Manage section of Scriptio once you are authenticated.

Do I have to provide the last four numbers of my social security? No, that is an optional field during enrollment. We store securely in case we ever need to verify your identity to other systems.

Nothing happens when I try to use my fob... Scriptio depends upon the NFC reader in your phone. For some Android and iPhones you must look at your settings and enable NFC. Also, if you have a phone case, be aware that some thicker cases are designed to block NFC signals and you may have to attach the fob directly to your phone.

My Android doesn't read the fob. Not all Android phones have NFC enabled automatically. If you get a message "Scanning for fob" but you don't hear a beep or see a result, do: On your phone, go to "Settings" then "Connected Devices" then "Connection Preferences" then "turn on NFC" . Restart Scriptio and try again.
